About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2015 No. 229 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities and implementation of functions of the customer (builder)"

I ORDER:

1. In the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2015 No. 229 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities and implementation of functions of the customer (builder)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10795) to make the following additions:

in Rules of the organization of activities and implementation of the functions of the customer (builder) approved by the specified order:

add Item 11 with subitem 6-1) of the following content:

"6-1) on construction objects, reconstruction and capital repairs of highways takes measures for conducting examination of quality of works and materials as person which is under authority of authorized state body on highways to which functions on conducting examination of quality of works and materials, management of road assets are assigned;";

add with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1. Input of construction object, reconstruction and capital repairs of highways in operation is performed by the Customer in the presence of the final report of examination of the quality of works and materials issued by the National center of quality of road assets, according to the procedure, established by the Rules of production organization of examination of quality of works and materials of highways as the National center of quality of road assets approved by the Order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 305 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11523).".
