1. Bring in the Procedure for authorization of legal entities who intend to perform activities of trade repository in the capital markets and the organized goods markets, and the conditions of implementation of such activities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 24, 2021 No. 1149, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2022 at No. 54/37390, the following changes:

1) to add paragraphs of the fourth or sixth, twenty third-twenty sixth of Item 7 of the Section II after the word "cancellation" with words "/cancellation";

2) in the Section III:

in Chapter 1:

add Item 2 with the new offer of the following content: "Registration of such statement is confirmed by NKTsBFR the electronic message sent to the applicant.";

add Item 8 after the words "has the right" with the words "provide explanations concerning information which was submitted in the statement for inclusion in the Register, and";

in Chapter 2:
