About approval of tariff coefficients which shall be applied to calculation of the prices of delivery of electrical energy to the final consumers participating in indicative projects

According to Art. 13 of h (1) the item e) the Law No. 174 of 21.09.2017 on power, Art. 8 of h (1) the item h), Art. 96 of h (16-1) Laws on the electric power No. 107 from 27.05.2016, based on the explanatory note developed by Department of electrical and renewable energy of NARE, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve the following tariff coefficients for calculation of regulated prices for delivery of electrical energy within indicative projects:

- 0,5 coefficient for interval 23:00-07:00;

- 1,2 coefficient for intervals 07:00-11:00 and 16:00-23:00;

- coefficient 1 for interval 11:00-16:00.

2. Calculate regulated prices to suppliers by multiplication of the approved prices in the context of rendering universal service for the coefficients provided by item 1 of this resolution.

3. Publish this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

5. This resolution can be protested by the claiming body within 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
