About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 26/2023

No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power
1. In the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 26/2023 about approval of the Regulations on the Register of participants of the wholesale market of natural gas (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 62-64, 227), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1777 of February 6, 2023, to make the following changes:
1) In the Resolution:
a) provide the name the following content:
"about approval of the Regulations on the Register of participants of the wholesale market of energy";
b) to provide formula of acceptance the following content:
"Based on part (4) article 84-1 of the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 413), with subsequent changes, parts (4) article 94-1 of the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power";
c) provide Item 1 the following content:
"1. Approve Regulations on the Register of participants of the wholesale market of energy it (is applied).";
d) exclude Item 3;
2) In the Provision:
a) provide the name the following content:
"Provision on the Register of participants of the wholesale market of energy";
