About modification of some orders of the Government in the field of metrology
Based on Articles 173, 408, 410 and 448 Agreements on association between the Republic of Moldova on the one hand both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members on the other hand, ratified by the Law No. 112/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 185-199, 442), the Government DECIDES:
This resolution partially shifts:
– The directive 2014/31/EU of the European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about harmonization of the legislation of state members on provision on the market of non-automatic weight measuring devices (the reviewed version) (CELEX: 32014L0031), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 96 of March 29, 2014;
– The directive 75/107/EEC of Council of December 19, 1974 about rapprochement of the laws of state members regarding requirements imposed to the bottles used as measuring vessels (CELEX: 31975L0107), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 42 of February 15, 1975;
– The directive 76/211/EEC of Council of January 20, 1976 about rapprochement of the legislation of state members concerning packing of some products according to their weight or amount in packagings of any kind (CELEX: 301976L0211), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 46 of February 21, 1976, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2019/1243 of the European parliament and Council of June 20, 2019;
– The directive 2007/45/EC of the European parliament and Council of September 5, 2007 establishing rules by nominal quantity for the packed-up products, canceling Directives 75/106/EEC and 80/232/EEC of Council and making changes to the Directive 76/211/EEC of Council (CELEX: 32007L0045), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 247 of September 21, 2007;
