About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine relatively about passing of military service separate categories of the military personnel during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 12 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2015, No. 13, Art. 92; 2021, 29, the Art. 234) to add No. with the paragraph the second the following content:

"The serviceman to whom the military service is suspended or who during action of warlike situation self-willedally left military unit or the place of passing of military service or deserted, has no right to the privileges, guarantees and compensations established by this Law. Now members of his family have also no right to privileges, guarantees and compensations which they used as members of the family of such person".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes):

1) in Article 24 part two:

the paragraph one to add with the offer of the following content: "During action of warlike situation the military service for the military personnel who self-willedally left military units or duty stations or deserting does not stop";

after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"To the military personnel who during action of warlike situation self-willedally left military units or places of service or deserted and did not return to military units (the place of passing of military service) until the termination or cancellation of warlike situation, the military service stops according to the procedure, established by this Law, from the date of, the termination following behind day or cancellation of warlike situation.
