About modification of Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2018 No. 853 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 85, Art. 2801; 2020, No. 68, Art. 2190; 2023, No. 40, the Art. 2164), the enclosed changes.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2025 No. 523
1. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In the conditions of warlike situation placement of technical means of electronic communications on elements of infrastructure of power generation facility for the purpose of provision of electronic communication services for requirements satisfaction of the military forming formed according to the law without preliminary address to the owner of infrastructure of power generation facility, taking into account the requirements determined by Item 7-2 of these rules is allowed to the customer.".
2. In the paragraph the second Item 7-1 of the word of "the agreement on access" shall be replaced with words "agreements on access to infrastructure of power generation facility (further - the agreement on access)".
3. Add Rules with Item 7-2 of the following content:
