About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Determine that action of Item 1 of Rules of implementation of lump money payment to the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2022 No. 2278 "About approval of Rules of implementation of lump money payment to the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), and Item 1 of Rules of implementation of lump money payment to the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 2, 2024 No. 1044 "About approval of Rules of implementation of lump money payment to the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2025.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
