About the State program on strategy implementation "Uzbekistan - 2030" in "Year of environmental protection and "green economy"

For the purpose of the organization of strict execution of the tasks determined in Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" and at meetings of chambers of Oliy Majlis, implementation of complex "green transformation" of industries and spheres in case of accomplishment of the obligations of our country undertaken before global society within the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change and the Parisian agreement, providing their competitiveness and resource-saving, and also mitigation of the consequences of climate change and adaptation to it, improvement of quality of life of the population and transition of economic growth to new "green" model of development:

1. Determine priority approaches of development of the country in "Year of environmental protection and "green economy":

improvement of ecological appearance makhally, increase in level of gardening of streets, forming of ecologically favorable and safe circle for accommodation;

strengthening of health of the population, creation of conditions for forming of ecological conduct of life and realization of human potential;

careful attitude and rational use of natural resources, ensuring ecological stability;

protection, reproduction and preserving for future generation of plant and animal life, preserving biodiversity;

steady financing of the projects directed to widespread introduction of the principles of "green economy", adaptation of economy to climate change;

increase in share of renewable energy in republic energy balance, including construction of large "green power plants" on the basis of public-private partnership, expansion of network of small and micro hydroelectric power stations in regions, stimulation of installation of solar panels in population households;

reducing "carbon trace" in economy by broad application of modern energy-saving technologies in industries of economy and the social sphere;

ensuring the interregional and cross-industry coordination directed to ecological stability.
