About establishment of cases of implementation of purchases in case of which such purchases do not join in calculation of cumulative annual purchasing amount when scoping purchases at small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that calculation of the cumulative annual purchasing amount when scoping purchases provided by part 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" does not join the procurements conducted in the following cases:

a) implementation by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos, the organizations of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos and the organizations of the space-rocket industry of purchases of goods, works, services for implementation of space activities;

b) implementation of purchases of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors included in the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation, No. 681 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 1998 "About approval of the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation";

c) implementation of purchases of medicines for medical application (except for the case provided by the subitem "b" of this Item) the customer whose annual purchasing amount of medicines for medical application makes 20 million rubles and more;

d) implementation of purchases of medical products by the customer which annual purchasing amount of medical products makes 20 million rubles and more.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
