I. Purposes

1. Determine the main target indicators of the "Development of Chain of Value Added in the Milk Sector of Uzbekistan (the 2nd Stage)" project (further - the Project) with participation of the International fund of agricultural development (further - MFSR):

(a) creation in the Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Syr Darya, Samarkand and Surkhandarya regions of 100 collection points for milk servicing only 320 makhally, 12 thousand of the population and the Dehkan farms making milk;

(b) the organization of allocation of soft credits at the rate to 250 thousand US dollars to the 865th population and Dehkan farms for creation and upgrade of the companies for milk conversion;

(c) training by foreign specialists in performance improvement of the cattle of 1,2 thousand of the population and representatives of the Dehkan farms making milk;

(d) start of the software of the National Dairy Products platform combining producers and buyers of milk.

II. Financial resources

2. Take into consideration that:

(a) from MFSR for financing of the Project are allocated to the Republic of Uzbekistan soft credit in the amount of 30, of 0 million US dollars, and also the credit in the amount of 7, of 8 million US dollars for a period of 25 years, including five-year grace period;

(b) the total cost of the Project constitutes in equivalent 53, of 01 million US dollars, from them:

(i) soft credit of MFSR - means in the amount of 30, 0 million US dollars, MFSR credit - means in the amount of 7, 8 million US dollars;

(ii) contribution of participants (beneficiaries) of the Project - means in equivalent 5, 94 million US dollars;
