1. Item 66 of the Technique of assessment of competitive situation approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 30, 2013 No. 7, to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Within 3 working days from approval date of the analytical conclusion the structural division of the Commission sends with the cover letter its verified copy to authorized bodies for data with exception of information and (or) data, components the commercial and (or) protected by the law other secret.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
