About measures for the organization of activities of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics

1. For the purpose of reduction of technique of implementation of statistical observations and forming of indicators in compliance with international standards, accelerations of reforms in the field of and increases in potential of personnel with participation of the international organizations to create in structure of National committee according to the statistics Office "Transformation of system of national statistics" (further - Office of transformation).

2. Determine Office of transformation responsible for implementation of new mechanisms in the following priority directions:

(a) enhancement of methodology of assessment of the statistical data necessary for internal and external users, including income of the population and their sources;

(b) implementation of observations at the micro level and development of methodology of forming of statistics;

(c) adjustment of effective cooperation and methodical coordination between National committee according to the statistics and other state manufacturing bodies of official statistics;

(d) implementation of effective feedback (customer focus) with users of statistical data;

(e) adjustment of effective cooperation with functioning in the field of scientific institutions, researchers and the authoritative international consulting organizations for adjustment and conducting statistical works;

(e) organization of work on increase in potential of employees of statistical bodies with participation of the international organizations;

(g) organization of development and realization of strategic directions of development of the sphere of statistics.
