About modification of the Procedures approved by Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866 and of October 8, 2008 No. 905

1. Bring in the Procedure for production by guardianship and custody bodies of the activities connected with protection of the rights of the child, No. 866 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 "Questions of the activities of guardianship and custody bodies connected with protection of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 76, Art. 2561; 2023, No. 58, Art. 3267; 2024, No. 8, the Art. 377, No. 32, the Art. 2024), and the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children, No. 905 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2010, No. 86, Art. 3046; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3110; 2019, No. 56, Art. 1946; 2020, No. 49, Art. 1534; 2022, No. 46, Art. 2530, No. 67, Art. 4024; 2023, No. 58, Art. 3267; 2024, No. 32, the Art. 2024), the enclosed changes.
2. To public service for children to carry out within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution information and explanatory work with services for children city, district in the cities (in case of education), village, settlement councils concerning procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children.
3. To provide to district state (military) administrations within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this resolution transfer of village, settlement councils to executive bodies (military authorities of settlements) of questionnaires of orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, staying on the registry on adoption and personal records of candidates for adoptive parents.
