About modification of the Procedure for sales of goods on customs auctions, Dutch auctions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for sales of goods on customs auctions, Dutch auctions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1050 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 1, Art. 10; 2021, No. 25, Art. 1181; 2023, No. 99, the Art. 39), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for sales of goods on customs auctions, Dutch auctions

1. To "trade system" to add Item 2 after words with words "by holding electronic auctions".

2. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Action of this Procedure extends to the goods specified in parts one, the fourth - the sixth Article 243 of the Customs code of Ukraine.".

3. In the paragraph the sixteenth Item 5 shall be replaced with words the word "participant" in all cases "customer/participant" in the corresponding case.

4. To add Item 9 after the paragraph of the fifth with new paragraphs of the following content:
