About modification of the Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine

Bring in Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 26, 2014 No. 676 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2801; 2017, No. 71, Art. 2168; 2022, No. 16, Art. 846; 2023, No. 24, the Art. 1346), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 7 to exclude 1);

2) to add Item with subitems 8-2-8-19 of the following content:

"8-2) carries out monitoring of public authorities and local government bodies in which the system of energy management is implemented, and keeps their list;

8-3) publishes on the official website the list of public authorities and local government bodies in which the system of energy management, and information on condition and results of implementation of system of energy management is implemented;

8-4) carries out monitoring and keeps the list of the subjects of managing who received certificates of systems of energy management and/or ecological management;

8-5) conducts and publishes the database of energy auditors on the official site;

8-6) conducts and publishes the database of excerpts from the report on energy audit on the official website;

8-7) carries out independent monitoring of excerpts from reports on energy audit;

8-8) carries out independent verification of reports on energy audit upon the demand of the customer of energy audit on paid basis;
