About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

1) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) state planning, tax, budget policy, including in the field of development of budget system, customs policy, management of public finances and forecasting of the income, economic policy, policy on investment attraction, the state and guaranteed by the state borrowing and debt, public-private partnership, the state investment projects, the interbudget relations, advertizing, natural monopolies, except for spheres of air navigation, the airports and on provision in property employment (lease) or use of the cable sewerage, the socially significant markets, managements of the state assets, including improvement of quality of corporate management, development of system of public administration;";

in Item 15:

add with subitems 12-1) and 12-2) of the following content:

"12-1) determination of procedure for forming of the aggregative summary information on the approved development plans for state bodies containing summary quantitative data on the purposes and target indicators, their decomposition;

12-2) determination of procedure for forming of the consolidated statement about implementation of development plans for all central state bodies containing summary quantitative data on goal achievement and target indicators, their decomposition;";

14) to exclude the subitem;

add with subitems 17-2) and 17-3) of the following content:
