Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2020 No. 1657 "About Single requirements to objects of processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of solid utility waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, the Art. 6622):

a) state the name in the following edition:

"About Single requirements to objects of processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of solid utility waste, reloading stations";

b) add Item 1 with words ", to reloading stations (further - Single requirements)";

c) add with items 4 and 5 following contents:

"4. Reloading stations, designing, and (or) construction, and (or) reconstruction of which are complete till September 1, 2025, are subject to reduction in compliance with Items 6 (2) and 6(5) Single requirements till September 1, 2026.

5. Item 12 of Single requirements is not applied to objects of processing of solid utility waste, designing, and (or) construction, and (or) reconstruction of which are complete till September 1, 2025. On such objects the quantity of secondary resources provided by the project documentation, and since September 1, 2026 - the quantity of secondary resources provided by the project documentation, but at least 9 percent of lot of the arrived solid utility waste shall be taken.";

d) in Single requirements to objects of processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of the solid utility waste approved by the specified resolution:
