About measures for settlement of legal status of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of settlement of legal status (status) of the foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with violations of the migratory legislation according to Articles 66, of 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Give opportunity to the foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with violation of the migratory legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic till June 10, 2025 to legalize the legal status in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to approve Provisional regulations for settlement of legal status of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with violation of the migratory legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Determine that the foreign citizen or the stateless person at which effective period of the visa expired of the residence permit or the residence permit is cancelled, there are no documents confirming the right to stay (registration, permission to implementation of labor activity), or using such documents with the expired terms, or evading from departure from the Kyrgyz Republic after the term of legal stay, and also staying in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic on purpose, not corresponding declared in case of entrance, not following rules of transit through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, is exempted from liability, the stipulated by the legislation Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, in case of its voluntary legalization according to the procedure, determined by the Provisional regulations specified in Item 2 of this Decree.
