Article 2. In Article 51-1.2 of the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (the book II), Article 585 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 4, No. 4, Articles 362, 365, 368, No. 6 (book I), Article 631; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 29, 2024 No. 77-VIIGD and of December 27, 2024 No. 114-VIIGD) of the word "relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and Legal Council".

In Article 9-1.2 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 10, Article 762 (volume I); 2024, No. 12 (the book I), Article 1281) of the word "relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and legal council".
