About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental protection"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 11 and 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental protection" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 472 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250, No. 4, Article 365, No. 11, article 1181, No. 12 (book II), Article 1331) following changes:
1. Regarding the 4th Article 52 of the word "About Objects of the State Environmental Assessment, Ecological" to replace with the word "Ecological".
2. According to Article 57:
2.1. in the name of the word "State Environmental Assessment" shall be replaced with words "Environmental assessment";
2.2. In part 6 of the word "Expert in Objects of the State Environmental Assessment" shall be replaced with words "Environmental assessment".
