1. According to Article 6:

1.1. 5 parts one to state Item in the following edition:

"5. On providing with premises the citizens decided on accounting as persons in need in premises, body (organization) or local government body determined by relevant organ of the executive authority";

1.2. In word part two "shall be replaced with words the privileges provided by part seven of Article 12 and part two of article 14 of the Law" "the treatment allowance once a year provided by paragraph one of part one of this Article".

2. According to Article 7 part one:
