About modification of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Add the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book I), Article 250 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 138, No. 4, article 365, No. 5 (book I), Article 493, No. 7, article 744, No. 12 (book I), Article 1281; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 No. 122-VIIGD) Article 152.8-1 of the following content:
"152.8-1. Measures for management of distrained property can be taken in the cases and procedure established by the law".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective on the same day, as rules of improvement, sale, leasing or management of distrained property.
