About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About partnerships of owners of residential and non-residential premises of apartment houses"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About partnerships of owners of residential and non-residential premises of apartment houses" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 879) the following changes:

"2-1. In board of partnership the capable person which reached full age age, not having criminal record on economic crimes can be elected and/or the criminal record of which is removed and/or extinguished according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Board members can be recalled if their actions or failure to act cause damage to interests of owners of housing.

The withdrawal of board members is performed according to the procedure, established by the charter of condominium.";

Article 17 to add 3) with part of 1-1 following content:

"1-1. The capable person which reached full age age, having the nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic which does not have criminal record on economic crimes can be elected the chairman of the board of partnership and/or the criminal record of which is removed and/or extinguished according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
