1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2014 No. 683 "About approval of Rules of passing of polygraphological research in law enforcement agencies, bodies of civil protection, the public courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:

"3) law enforcement officers, bodies of civil protection, public courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in case of promotion on higher executive positions (within certification or unplanned certification or tender);

if its carrying out is provided within the extraordinary certification which is carried out according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

in case of certification for the decision of the head of law enforcement agency, authorized body in the field of civil protection, the public courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
