For licensing for organization of free warehouse collection in the sizes determined by the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation is levied.
The license for organization of free warehouse can be cancelled or withdrawn; or its action can be suspended by customs authorities of the Russian Federation.
The license is cancelled if it could not be issued based on established procedure to the applicant or if it was issued on the basis of the incomplete or false information which had essential value for decision making about its issue. The decision on cancellation is valid from date of issue of the license.
The license is revoked if the owner of free warehouse does not observe requirements of this Chapter or if the license does not correspond to economic policy of the Russian Federation any more. The response is effective from decision date about response.
The license it can be suspended for a period of up to three months in the presence of good causes to believe that the owner of free warehouse abuses the rights.
