1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for transfer to legal entities with singular authorized problems in temporary use of separate types and models of military weapon and ammunition to it.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2003 No. 256 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for transfer to temporary use of separate types and models of military weapon and ammunition to it to legal entities with singular authorized problems" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 135, 8/10265);
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2005 No. 382 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2003 No. 256" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 5, 8/13618).
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Finance department and the back of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
