Article 1. "About change of the laws on the tax matters" to state part one of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2023 to No. 327-Z in the following edition:
"The citizen, the cumulative size of the income and (or) gross revenue of which from implementation of activities as the individual entrepreneur the accruing result within calendar year exceeded 500 000 Belarusian rubles having no right to perform activities as the individual entrepreneur within three calendar years since January 1 of the year following after calendar year in which such exceeding was formed.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2025.
