About modification of some regulations (the organization of execution of regulations on system of compulsory medical insurance)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (4) article 61 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Charter of National medical insurance company approved by the Order of the Government No. 156/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 27-28, 232), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

a) in Item 11:

the subitem a) to state in the following edition:

"a) include suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services in system of compulsory medical insurance by the conclusion of agreements on delivery of health care (medical services) and leave of the medicines and/or medical products compensated for the account of means of funds of compulsory medical insurance;";

add with subitems of b 1) and b 2) of the following content:

"b 1) conduct negotiations with suppliers of medical services in the offers provided by them for their inclusion in system of compulsory medical insurance;

b 2) conduct negotiations with suppliers of medicines and medical products on the price of the compensated medicines and/or medical products, and also sign with them agreements on leave of the medicines and/or medical products compensated for the account of means of funds of compulsory medical insurance;";

subitems e) and h) recognize invalid;

in the subitem of j 3) the text "on behalf of the CEO of the Company and deputy directors general, directors of territorial agencies and their deputies," to exclude;

b) in Item 12:

the subitem a) to state in the following edition:

"a) perform compulsory medical insurance of citizens of the Republic of Moldova and the foreigners provided in the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance according to the law;";
