2. The rights and obligations of the state company "Experimental and Technological Station "Pascani"" (the joining legal entity) completely pass to public organization "National Center of Researches and Production of Seeds" (the accepting legal entity).
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with the Agency of public property and the reorganized legal entities within 30 working days from the effective date this resolution:
1) to create the commission on reorganization and to provide process of reorganization according to the regulatory base;
