About modification of the Instruction about procedure for provision by banks of reports of COREP for the purpose of supervision approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 117/2018

This resolution partially shifts:

the item (c) parts (1) the Art. 18, appendix XXII and appendix XXIII to Regulations on application (EU) of 2021/451 Commission of December 17, 2020 about establishment of technical standards for application of Regulations (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the reporting for the purpose of supervision of organizations and cancellation of Regulations on application (EU) No. 680/2014 (CELEX: 32021R0451), the European Union published in the Official magazine L 97 of March 19 2021, with the last amendments made by Regulations on application (EU) 2022/1994 Commissions of November 21, 2022.

In the Instruction about procedure for provision by banks of reports of COREP for the purpose of supervision approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 117/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, the Art. 907) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1337/2018, with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1) Chapter I:

a) add Item 2 with subitem 3-1) of the following content:

"3-1) repayment periods according to provisions of item 16-3 and item 16-4";
