1. About application by Boundary police of prohibition on entry of foreigners into the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order No. 387 of July 21 2014, to make the following changes to the Instruction:
Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. The prohibition on entry of the foreigner into the Republic of Moldova is established concerning foreigners at whom at the time of crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Moldova illegal stay more than 3 months and to which the measure for return from the territory of the country was not applied is established."
The word "nominal" shall be replaced with words 2) In Item 3 "on border".
Item 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
"4. Action of provisions of Item 2 does not extend to the foreigners who are married to citizens of the Republic of Moldova or to other foreigners having rights to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova, or the having general minors or disabled children with persons having the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, except as specified deprivations of foreigners of the parent rights".
