In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market on approval of the Instruction on stages, terms, procedure and procedures of registration of securities No. 13/10/2018, of the Republic of Moldova No. 1315 registered in the Ministry of Justice of April 23, 2018 to make the following changes:
