About modification of the Order of the Government No. 686/2002 about approval and recognition voided some regulations

In the Order of the Government No. 686/2002 about approval and recognition voided some regulations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 71-73, 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. 1) in all text of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

"55. After the conclusion of the contract between Administration and resident the copy of this agreement, and also the copy of any other document on introduction of amendments to the signed agreement, about suspension or the termination of its action is transferred to the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations in 15-day time from the date of approach of event.".
