1. Realize in 2025-2034 the investment project on implementation in the Republic of Belarus of network of cellular mobile telecommunication on IMT-2020 technology for model of the single infrastructure operator, having included in structure of this network single network of cellular mobile telecommunication on LTE/LTE-Advanced technology (further - the investment project).
2. Determine the single infrastructure operator of single network *, the customer by development of the project documentation and construction of facilities of single network ** and the investor realizing the investment project, Belorusskiye oblachnye tekhnologii LLC (further - the infrastructure operator) which is granted the right to creation, operation, expansion and upgrade of single network at the expense of own and (or) raised funds, and also on rendering services with its use based on civil agreements on condition of ensuring equal access *** operators of telecommunication to single network.
