Article 1

Bring in article 16 of the Federal Law of June 4, 2018 No. 123-FZ "About the representative for the rights of consumers of financial services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 24, Art. 3390; 2023, No. 25, the Art. 4415) of change, having added it with parts 6.1 - 6.4 following of content:

"6.1. In case of the termination of consideration by the financial representative of the address submitted person to whom the right to claim of the consumer of financial services against the financial organization is yielded 50 percent of the payment for consideration of the address by the financial representative brought by such person in cases return:

1) provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 27 of this Federal Law;
