Part 9 of Article 31 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9. The commission on implementation of purchases shall debar the procurement participant from determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) at any time no later than date of summing up determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) if finds out that the procurement participant does not conform to the requirements established according to part 1, and also parts 1.1, 2 and 2.1 (in case of establishment of such requirements) this Article, and (or) provided unreliable information about the compliance to such requirements. "12. Responsibility for unauthenticity of information and (or) the documents included in the application for participation in purchase, for the actions made based on specified to information and (or) documents, is born by the procurement participant.".

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
