1) in Article 1:

a) in the paragraph the thirteenth shall be replaced with words words of "cooperative payments" "the profit remaining after tax payment, charges and obligatory payments (further - profit),";

b) the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"cooperative payments - the part of profit of cooperative distributed between members of cooperative in connection with participation (membership) in cooperative;";

2) in Article 36:

a) in Item 1:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1. The profit of cooperative determined by data of accounting (financial) records is distributed as follows:";

state subitem 5 in the following edition:

"5) in the developped shares of members of cooperative in the amount of, not exceeding the amount determined by joint board decision and the supervisory board of cooperative;";

add with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) on cooperative payments in the amount of, not exceeding half of the amount of the profit sent to the developped shares of members of cooperative.";
