"6) agreement parties about alienation of real estate object if the corresponding statement and documents attached to it in the form of electronic documents and (or) electronic images of documents are signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of applicants on condition of identification of agreement parties with use of the state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication of Physical Persons with Use of Biometric Personal Data".".
This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
