to exclude from subitem 4.3 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure";
state subitem 4.4 in the following edition:
"4.4. taking measures to ensuring nuclear and radiation safety during the creation and functioning of nuclear power engineering, system of long-term storage and burial of radioactive waste in the Republic of Belarus according to the procedure established by the legislation in the field of nuclear power engineering about nuclear and radiation safety;";
to exclude from subitem 4.4-1 of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

in Item 5:
to exclude from subitems 5.9 and 5.16 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure";
