About modification of the Order of the Government No. 684/2022 about approval of the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments

Based on article 41 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 684/2022 about approval of the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 326-333, 787), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. 1) in the resolution:

1.1. To "local authorities of the public power" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word to "bodies of local public authority";

1.1. To "The central bodies of the public power" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word to "The central bodies of public management";

1. 2) in the Provision:

1.2. In all text of the word "budget body" in any grammatical form to replace 1) with abbreviation of "TsOPU";

1.2. To state 2) in item 4 of the concept "state capital investments", "project of capital investments", "funds of development" of the following edition:

"the state capital investments – the budgeted expenses directed to reconstruction, expansion, restoration of the existing fixed assets and creation, including construction, new fixed assets;";

"the project of the state capital investments – set of the actions having general and accurately particular purpose, performed for certain period which realization reconstruction, expansion, restoration of the existing fixed assets and creation, including construction results, from new fixed assets;";

"funds of development – the financial resources which are annually allocated from the government budget for the purpose of projects implementation and development programs within which these assignments are used, including for implementation of projects of the state capital investments;";
