This resolution shifts Article 1 and 2, appendices I-III to the Directive 2001/113/EC of Council of December 20, 2001 about fruit jams, jelly and fruit jelly, and also the sweetened chestnut puree intended for consumption by the person, CELEX: 02001L0113, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 10 of January 12, 2002, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) No. 1021/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of October 9, 2013 also shifts Articles 3, of 4, of 6, of Appendix I-IV to the Directive 2001/112/EC of Council of December 20, 2001 concerning the fruit juice and some similar products intended for consumption by the person, CELEX: 02001L0112, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 10 of January 12, 2002, with the last changes made by the Delegated regulations (EU) No. 1040/2014 of the Commission of July 25, 2014.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 216/2008 about approval of the Technical regulation "Jam, Jelly, Jam, Puree and Other Similar Products" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 49-50, 311), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
