About modification of the Regulations about procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer in Moldovan lei approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 186 of December 24, 2013
For the purpose of regulation of procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer and based on Item 11 of the Regulations on credit transfer, direct debiting and assignment of the IBAN codes approved by the Resolution of National Bank of Moldova No. 108 of June 8, 2023, I ORDER:
To make the following changes to the regulations about procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer in Moldovan lei approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 186 of December 24, 2013:
1. In preamble "based on Item 8 of the Resolution of National Bank of Moldova No. 157 of August 1, 2013 about approval, change, amendment and cancellation of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova" to replace the text with the text "and based on Item 11 of the Resolution of National Bank of Moldova No. 108 of June 8, 2023 about approval of Regulations about credit transfer, direct debiting and assignment of the IBAN codes".
2. In all text of the word "territorial treasury" and "Moldovan lei", in any grammatical form to replace with the words "regional treasury" and respectively "national currency" in the corresponding grammatical form.
3. In Item 1 to replace the word of "field" with the word "elements".
4. In subitem 1.1 of the word "10 symbols" to replace with the words "12 symbols".
5. In the subsubitem and) subitem 1.5 of the word "MF -" to replace shopping Mall Aneny Noy with words "MF - shopping Mall Center".
6. In subitem 1.7:
a) the text "which, respectively, through fraction follows subdivision code of the payer/beneficiary for benefit of which the obligation to the budget of administrative and territorial unit is settled, appropriated by the state tax authorities, at most 4 symbols, in total at most 18 symbols, respectively" to exclude;
