About modification of some orders of the Government (strengthening and increase in efficiency of the Ministry of Education and Research)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (3) article 30 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 72/2015 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on kurrikulum and estimation, its structure and the extreme number of staff (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 59-66, 94), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 3 of the resolution of figure "34" to replace with figures "38";

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in all text of the word "Ministry of Public Education" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The mission of the Agency consists in assistance of realization of state policy in the field of education by ensuring development and deployment of the national system of estimation of school results oriented to international standards, the effective organization, and also correct holding examinations and estimation in the field of the general education (initial, gymnasia and lyceum), evaluating realization of national kurrikulum in the field of the general education, assessment of private educational institutions of all levels, and also the legal subjects providing educational services or training programs in the field of the general education for accreditation provision / temporary authorization on functioning.";

1.2.3. 1) of Item 5 to state the subitem in the following edition:
