This resolution shifts Article 19, Article 34 and Preliminary notes A and B of appendix II of the Directive (EU) 2014/34 of the European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about harmonization of the laws of the state members concerning the equipment and protective systems, held for use in potentially explosive environments (processed) (The text is applicable for EEA), (CELEX: 32014L0034), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 96 of March 29, 2014, with the changes made by the Amendment to the Romanian version published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 263/53 of October 8, 2015.

In the Order of the Government No. 1407/2016 about approval of the Technical regulation about the equipment and protective systems, held for use in potentially explosive environments (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 478-490, 1496), to make the following changes:

1.1. 6) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) the list of acknowledged conformity assessment bodies, specific tasks for which they were acknowledged and their identification numbers, is under authority of the National center of accreditation of the Republic of Moldova (MOLDAC) and is published on the official website of this body.";
