About modification of some orders of the Government (about rice and about some types of sugar intended for consumption by the person)

Based on part (8) article 8 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts:

- partially (part II of appendix I, part III of appendix I, part II of appendix II and appendix III part B Chapter III) Regulations (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European parliament and Council of December 17, 2013 about introduction of the general organization of the markets of agricultural products and No. 1037/2001 and (EU) No. 1234/2007 of Council, CELEX canceling Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EU): 02013R1308, European Union published in the Official magazine L 347 of December 20, 2013, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2024/1143 European parliament and Council of April 11, 2024;

- partially (Article 1, Item 2 of Article 2 and appendix) the Directive 2001/111/EC of Council of December 20, 2001 about the certain types of sugar intended for consumption by the person, CELEX: 02001L0111, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 010 of January 12, 2002, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) No. 1021/2013 of the European parliament and Council of October 9, 2013;

- CODEX STAN 212–1999 the Standard on sugar/CODEX STAN 2121999 Standard for sugars CXS 212-1999 (staticized in 2001, 2019, 2022).

1. In the Order of the Government No. 291/2014 about approval of Quality requirements of rice and rice grain (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 104-109, 322), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Formula of adoption of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
