About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Electoral code No. 325/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 426-427, 770), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

after the concept "electoral bloc" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"camouflage electoral bloc - independent form of merging of political parties and/or elective job seekers within which they perform the joint, approved and/or coordinate selective activities;";

state the concept "independent candidate" of the following edition:

"the independent candidate - person who proposes the candidate for substitution of elective public office irrespective of political parties and the electoral blocs and who in 70 days prior to the election day was not member of political party and did not tell publicly the support to any political party;";

state the concept "Register of Employees of the Selective Sphere" of the following edition:

"The register of employees of the selective sphere - the database for accounting at the national level of employees of the selective sphere and persons having the qualification certificates issued by the Center of life-long education in the selective sphere which is component of the State automated information system "Elections" in which the following information is stored: their surname and name, year of birth, profession (occupation), position, place of employment, contact telephone number, the place the residence/place of temporary stay, number and effective period of the qualification certificate, on circumstances the subject which pushed/designated person, date and type of elections and the position held in the electoral bodies or their working devices. The procedure for filling of the register and accounting of data is established by the provision approved by Central Election Commission;".
