1. For the purpose of creation of the mechanism of special legal regulation of activities for provision of services of guest houses, creating favorable conditions for development of the tourist industry to make experiment on provision of services of guest houses in individual apartment houses (further - experiment).
2. The experiment is made in the territories of Altai Republic, the Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Crimea, Altai Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Primorsky Krai, Stavropol Krai, the Arkhangelsk region, the Vladimir region, the Ivanovo region, the Irkutsk region, the Kaliningrad region, the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, the Leningrad region, the Rostov region, the Kherson region, the federal city of Sevastopol (further - subjects of the Russian Federation), and also in the federal territory Sirius.
3. Participants of experiment - authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation, the public power of the federal territory Sirius in which territories the experiment, owners of guest houses is made.
4. The experiment becomes effective in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, in the federal territory Sirius, participating in experiment according to this Federal Law, the law of the subject of the Russian Federation, the decision of Council of the federal territory Sirius which are becoming effective not later than one year before the termination of term of carrying out the experiment provided by this Federal Law.
