Annually till January 15 to represent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection lists of the physical persons gaining income from the international organizations, foreign states specified in the list attached to this Decree in the form approved by the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2007.
