About modification of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 4 of part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 49, Art. 428; 2010, No. 46, Art. 537; 2013, 21, the Art. 208) after the paragraph of the eleventh to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:

"about the organization, condition, planning and implementation of actions for protection and safety and stability of objects of critical infrastructure from I and II categories of criticality, including creation of reserves of necessary resources for response to crisis situations and liquidations of their effects on objects of critical infrastructure (except information on use of funds for purchases of goods, works and services, on the price of goods, works, services, the project documentation, estimates, the material resources necessary for repair, construction of facilities of critical infrastructure), and also information on implementation of purchases on the closed purchases according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About defense purchases".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of publication of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
